Support replied fast and they were helpful overall, so I’ll give them that. But i felt like I had to keep repeating the same issue, then repeat it again, and then explain it one more time. The response time was good, and they did help, but the back-and-forth got a little annoying after a while.

I’ve always heard good things about this shop, especially when it comes to solid gear, and my order turned out just fine. Everything arrived as expected and the quality was what I hoped for. The only thing I’d say is that shipping could’ve been a bit faster. Overall, I’m happy with the purchase, but I’d feel even better about ordering again if the delivery time improved.

I’m giving it 2 stars because the item itself looked decent when I took it out of the package, and I remember feeling kind of hopeful for a second. But once I tried it on, that feeling disappeared fast, it was tight in places I didn’t expect and oddly loose in others, even though I had checked the size chart before ordering.
Maybe it fits other people better, but for me the sizing felt really off. I still remember standing there trying to adjust it and just feeling annoyed, because I don’t want ordering clothes online to feel like a guessing game. It was frustrating overall.

The finish was fine overall, but the color wasn’t quite what I was expecting. Not a huge deal, just a bit different than it looked.

The spout just feels kind of awkward to me, and I can't say it didn't throw off my control. My lines were coming out thicker than usual, and my rosettas looked messy.
